Want to contact us about your driver application?

We aim to process driver applications within at least 20 business days. It doesn’t matter whether you’ve previously held an accreditation or it’s your first time applying.

This is because each application goes through strict safety checks, including police and medical checks, to make sure all safety standards are met.

Our staff do not have the ability to fast track applications or provide an update on the status of your application.

If you do need to contact us, remember that only the driver team have access to driver applications. If you select the MPTP queue, our staff will be unable to answer your query and will transfer you to the driver queue.
