Cancellation of notices under section 208 of the Marine Safety Act 2010 specifying an activity exclusion zone

I, Cameron Toy, Director Maritime Safety as authorised delegate of Safe Transport Victoria by this notice cancel and revoke the following notices published in the Government Gazette:

• S551 dated Saturday 15 October 2022 under the heading ‘Notice under section 208 of the Marine Safety Act 2010 specifying an activity exclusion zone’.
• S553 dated Sunday 16 October 2022 under the heading ‘Amendment to notice under section 208 of the Marine Safety Act 2010 specifying an activity exclusion zone’.

The cancellation made by this notice comes into effect immediately.
