Exclusion Zone: Lake Nagambie and Goulburn River

I, Cameron Toy, Director Maritime Safety acting in my capacity as delegate of Safe Transport Victoria, pursuant to section 208 of the Marine Safety Act 2010, by this notice prohibits: all persons, other than members, officers or personnel of Victoria Police, State Emergency Service, Strathbogie Shire Council and Safe Transport Victoria, and all vessels, other than those operated by Victoria Police, State Emergency Service, Strathbogie Shire Council and Safe Transport Victoria, and vessels expressly authorised by members, officers or personnel of Victoria Police, State Emergency Service, Strathbogie Shire Council and Safe Transport Victoria, from entering, or remaining in, the following State waters:

Lake Nagambie; and

• Goulburn River from Chinaman’s Bridge downstream to Kirwans Bridge.
• This notice comes into effect immediately and remains in effect until 12pm 7 November 2022.
