Marine Safety Act 2010

Notice under section 208 of the Marine Safety Act 2010 specifying an activity exclusion zone

I, Cameron Toy, Director Maritime Safety acting in my capacity as delegate of Safe Transport Victoria, pursuant to section 208 of the Marine Safety Act 2010, by this notice prohibits:

• all persons, other than members, officers or personnel of Victoria Police, State Emergency Service, Victorian Fisheries Authority, Loddon Shire Council and Safe Transport Victoria, and
• all vessels, other than those operated by Victoria Police, State Emergency Service, Victorian Fisheries Authority, Loddon Shire Council and Safe Transport Victoria, and vessels expressly authorised by members, officers or personnel of Victoria Police, State Emergency Service, Victorian Fisheries Authority, Loddon Shire Council and Safe Transport Victoria,

from entering, or remaining in, the following State waters:

• The waters of the Loddon River within the Shire of Loddon from the Laanecoorie Reservoir wall to the Flour Mill Weir at Bridgewater.

This notice comes into effect immediately and remains in effect until 12pm on 24 November 2022.
