Provide feedback on our draft Monitoring, Compliance and Enforcement Policy

We’re in the process of creating a single Monitoring, Compliance, and Enforcement Policy covering the commercial passenger vehicles (CPV), buses, and maritime industries. This Policy will outline our approach to regulation in Victoria.

We are now seeking your feedback on this policy which will help us:

• Understand the potential impact of the Policy on you and your business
• Identify elements of the Policy that you find beneficial or challenging
• Gain awareness of any unintended consequences or drawbacks that may arise from implementing this policy.

How to provide feedback

The draft of our new Policy, along with a survey to review the Policy, is now open on Engage Victoria for comment until 31 October 2023.

What happens with your feedback?

All feedback received will be considered prior to the Policy being finalised and approved.
