Mariners are advised that four special buoys have been re-established in position (refer locations below) approximately two nautical miles east-southeast of Torquay to mark an offshore recreational fishing reef approximately is 26-28 metres below the surface. The yellow buoys are 1.26 metres high and 800mm in diameter and display yellow flashing lights.
